For the Wanderers and Outlookers
Updated: Jan 20, 2022

We’ve all been there. You’re scrolling through your Facebook feed and you see that one friend who is always happy and positive. They’re always traveling and doing amazing things. You might start to feel a little bit of FOMO (fear of missing out). You might start to wonder, “Am I the only one who isn’t living an amazing life?”
Or maybe you’ve been in a relationship where you felt like you had to put on a persona in order to make your partner happy. You pretend to love the same things they do or only talk about the positives in your life. But when you’re by yourself, you feel like a fraud.
Relationships are about authenticity. It’s about being yourself, flaws and all. That is the foundation of what this podcast stands on. As we head into Season Three, we will continue to focus on topics that cause you to question, discuss, and rethink what it means to be authentic. Authentic to yourself and within your relationships. Everyone is on a different journey and no two paths look the same. You are either a “Wanderer”, the listener who has chosen to take the step through the “Looking Glass” and discover all the parts of yourself that makeup who you authentically are. You may be an “Outlooker”, the listener who watches from the safe side of the “Looking Glass”. Not yet ready to walk through but ready to learn and open your mind to the lessons of growth and relationship building. Whatever your designation, we are glad you are here.

Wonderland is a place where things may appear distorted and malformed. Where people present with false narratives or ignore events that craft them into the person they are today. It is a place where learning of your own shortcomings and falsehoods opens up a reality that produces accountability and growth. Each character you meet on your journey, positive or negative, is a lesson that gets you closer to your end goal; connection.
So get some good walking shoes and allow yourself to leave your “ego” at the door as we explore your personal “Wonderland” with the hosts as your guide. Prepare yourself to step “Through the Looking Glass”.
